1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I pay for my order over the telephone?

We are only able to accept payments online via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB. Our online system keeps your details safe and processes your order safely.

3. When will you take payment for my order?

Payment for your order will be taken before the item(s) are dispatched. We are unable to dispatch your item(s) until your payment has been received.

4. Is my payment secure?

Yes, we will always keep your details secure. At Mat Stores, we take customer security extremely seriously in our responsibility as an online retailer.

Our website is protected by a 128bit SSL which encrypts all sensitive data. We utilise Stripe to process credit and debit card payments and also accept payments through PayPalGoogle Pay and KlarnaChecks are made by each payment provider for security and fraud prevention.

We do not store any of our customers' financial details when you pay for your order(s), and no personal details will ever be disclosed to any third party without your prior permission.

5. How will I know if my payment has been received/accepted?

We will notify you via email when we have received your payment and the amount that has been debited from your account.

6. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated email, confirming your order. Should you not receive an email, please check your spam settings and all email folders as it is common for emails to go to your junk folder. If you still haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact us.

7. What should I do if my payment is declined?

Occasionally card payments can be declined for a number of reasons. You should be notified at the point of checkout if your payment is unsuccessful. Please check your payment details to ensure they are correct and re-enter your card information. If the problem persists, try using an alternative card or contact your bank.
